To be clear from the start: Clear Steps Recovery does not run a clinic inside Derry. Our New Hampshire center is at 1D Commons Dr, Units 21 & 22 in Londonderry, in the Londonderry Commons plaza just east of I-93 Exit 4. From downtown Derry it is a straight run west: Broadway becomes Nashua Road (Route 102) at the town line, and Commons Drive is on your right about 1.8 miles and six minutes from the Railroad Avenue and Broadway intersection. From East Derry, Derry Village or the Route 28 side of town, plan on ten minutes. There is free on-site parking, so a Day Treatment morning or an Evening IOP group after work does not add a commute to the day.
How outpatient care and detox coordination work
Everything we offer is outpatient. In Londonderry that means Partial Hospitalization day treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) in the daytime or in the evening, standard Outpatient (OP), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and a mental health track for the anxiety, depression or trauma that so often sits under a substance problem. We keep no detox beds and no residential rooms. When a Derry resident needs to withdraw safely first, we arrange medical detox with a partner facility and plan the first day with us for the day of discharge, so nobody leaves detox without a next step. Our Medical Director, Dr. Richard Marasa, MD, reviews the clinical programming. He is board certified in Addiction Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine, with 46 years of clinical practice.
